Step 1

Text, call, email, or fill out the contact form on my website to schedule a consultation.

I will contact you to arrange a brief 15-minute call to determine if we're a good fit for working together. If we decide to proceed, we'll schedule our first appointment, known as the intake session.

Step 2

We will have our first intake session either in-person or online, depending on your preference. I refer to this session as the 'information gathering' session because it's dedicated to understanding your background, reasons for seeking therapy, and therapy goals. Taking this time to gain insight into your experiences is a crucial first step in our journey together.

Step 3

We will make a meeting schedule. Some clients choose to meet weekly and others bi-weekly. The frequency at which we meet is completely up to you and can be adjusted according to your preference at any time.
